Pivot equivalent

Hey all,

I am currently trying to pivot a bit of data from this;

Cust no	Channel
1234	Store
123456	Web
123456	Web
123456	Web
123456	Web
123456	Web
123456789	Web
123456789	Store
123456789	Store
123456789	Web
123456789	Store
123456789	Store
123456789	Store

to this;

Cust No	Store Count	Web Count	Shop by
1234	1	0	Store
123456	0	5	Web
123456789	5	2	Both

The 'Shop by' column, I believe would be an IF function, on the lines of IF [store count] and [web count] >=1 then "Both"

Apologies if it's already been done, can't seem to adopt any of the ones answered to my flow.

Thank you for such a quick reply and the solution  - you made that look faaar to easy!!! 

Is there any chance you can show us how to do the formula to highlight if they've shopped just in store, online, or in both? I hope that makes sense.
