Pivot Table Query - Summarize? Transpose? Cross Tab

Hello,

I'm trying to replicate an Excel pivot table using Alteryx and I'm struggling to find the best method to get exactly what I need.

I've attached a file which shows raw data in the "Data" tab and how I want it to be displayed int he "Display" tab.

So I need the 4 possible values from the Outcome_Desc field to be shown as new headers with a sum of each displayed beneath.

I've read through quite a few different posts but I can't seem to get to where I need to be and I don't know which tool(s) work best for this.

Any advice/solutions would be brilliant
