Percentage conversion based on criteria

I want to convert the [Result] data into percentage based on the criteria only if [Metric] = 'on time' or 'Labor %'  or 'lag time'.

I have attached the sample excel file to it.

Hi @Arnsen ,

Not sure I understood what you want to calculate fully, but attached is the direction I would go - a formula tool that looks for the words you mention in the metric field and then performs the appropriate calculation.
