PYTHON Tool is not working on my Alteryx Designer 2019.1

Hi,

I am trying to connect data using simple python tool.

And write a code in python to simply write a data.

But my workflow is not giving output and also the workflow keep running in designer.

But same test run is completed successfully in my colleague machine within a minute. He also have same alteryx version,

It would be great help if you can tell me what is missing in my alteryx designer due to which i am not  able to run the python tool.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community.
Unfortunately, the version of Alteryx you are using is no longer supported. I would recommend you update to a supported version of Alteryx as some of the issues may just be from previous issues which have been fixed.

Thank you for your reply.

I tried same with one of my colleague machine having same version is working perfectly fine,

But some of the team member it doesnt work even everyone have same version i.e. 2019.1.6
