Output auto width

Hi,

is there a way to output to excel with autosize columns? The excel which comes out is just like random width... Is there a way to fix it to 100% depends on the length of the text? I tried it with the reporting tool "Layout" but it makes no sense

Hi @Uzi

What you are asking needs to fixed at 2 places.

Table Tool and Render Tool.

There is no option for automatic resize you would have to set size yourself.

In table tool select and you give a width like below. This column width

Second thing would be Table width in render tool. You can set table width in render tool.

Hope this helps 🙂

Alteryx by default does wrap text when outputs.

Hi @Uzi

You can use layout tool for that.

Use the below config. Sheet Name is the sheet you want to give.
