Only filter 'keys' with multiple a car purchase and at least one service

Hi 

 

I have a data with 3 columns i.e Key, date and Service. I am trying to filter the keys that has Car purchase and at least one service. Looking for help. Thanks

We can concantate the "Service" then do a filtering as below.
