Notification email

I hope you could help me.

I have created a workflow for revenue.

I would like to receive a notification email every time that a new transaction code is created.

How can I do that?

Just to clarify are you looking to schedule the workflow and if as a result new transaction code is added you are looking to have the email sent ?

Here you go! You might want to use events for this. The inputs just compare the transaction codes and you could say that 1 input should be the last version you loaded and the other input should be the new data you get from your sourcesystem :-).

I will try both ways as I am not sure yet if I have to schedule or just to receive the notification for the new codes added.
