Not able to access adobe account in Designer

Hi Team,

I have arrange aobe starter kit and able to see the same in my designer. As per the process, adobe admin has done all required configuration. But, still i am not able to login with my credentials.

Main issuer - It accepts my email address when on entering password screen got freezed and there is no success to connect adobe account with designer. Attached is the screen shot for your reference.

Please share your valuable inputs.

Are you able to upload a screenshot of your full screen and the configuration of your tools?

Please make sure to hide any sensitive information from the screenshots.
