Needle in a haystack

I'm having trouble figuring out how to pull out a city's name from a files heading.  THe structure of each files name can be a little different.  They look like this generally.

1100 North Branch - Final Review - 20160308

or 1100 North Branch-Final Review 20160308

or 1100 North Branch Foods-Final Review 20160308

and of course the city name can be one word or more.

Any idea how I get the city name out of the file name?

Thanks!

Never mind, figured it out.  Sometime you just have to walk away and come back to it.  My solution was to parse on the first space into two columns, parse on the hyphen, use the Replace formula to remove the Foods from the city name.  Anyone have other faster or cooler ways to do this I'm definitely interested.

Hi Brad,

I used RegEx for this. Please find the workflow attached.
