Hey @alokkrsachan, in the Summarize tool, you're able to do counts, including with/without nulls and so it sounds like that's exactly what you need. For your case you'll just need to Group By whatever is required for you own use:

Hi Alokkrsachan,

Can you please share the data input?

@alokkrsachan to output to Excel, you just need to bring an Output Data tool onto your canvas and click the first arrow to bring up the different output types. From there you can simply select .xlsx, select a file location and a name for your output. After you've done that, just run your workflow (Ctrl+R is a keyboard shortcut) and Alteryx will write the file.

Hi @alokkrsachan ,

To generate your output data, you can use the export tool as in the workflow below.

Unless your concern is that you can't get the output you showed us. In this case, please provide us with the file from which we can test.

Let us know if it works as you want.

Cheers !

@alokkrsachan after something like this? Some of your product names are null hence those categories. If not, can you tell us the desired outcome from the Excel file you provided?
