Need to create a new column based on data in another column and replicate to others

Hello!

I have a table, like an example below, where I need to create a unique identifier based on data from 2 other columns.

Here is the data.

I need to create a new column where every time column "A"  appears "5010," it copies the data from column "B" where the "5010" is located until a new "5010" appears.

Below is what I need. I added colors to make it simpler.

Thank you all ahead for the support.

Hi @yzanferr you can do this with a Multi-Row tool.

Thank you, @JosephSerpis. I thought that I would have to use macros.
