Need to Append data every month in their respective months

I have 6 columns including months columns from Jan to Dec. I have workflow which is pulling the current month Actual values. This value get updated on Daily basis. When the workflow runs during next month then last month value should be there in respective month in addition to the current month data value. i.e Append to the existing data values in their respective months Eg. Current month is November. We got the current month value using the workflow. When Alteryx workflow run during December Alteryx output should have both November and December.
