Need help with alteryx

I have a scenario where I have to extract a text from a long sentence 

Here I have attached the data for the reference

From the attached, I'm trying to extract the text highlighted in red.

In the data the text is in different position. Somewhere its in the middle & somewhere its towards the end.

Plse help
