HI All,

I have the following scenario :

I want to create 2 calculated columns , one % of US and one % of EMEA where for Group , it should calculate New/Total , Screened/Total , Called/Total.

GroupTypeUS% of USEMEA% of EMEA
ITTotal100 200
ITNew8080/100100100/200
ITScreened60601002020/200
ITCalled4040/1001010/200
SalesTotal50 100
SalesNew4040/503030/200
SalesScreened3030/502020/200

Sales

Called2020/50

10

10/200

Is there a way i can use multi row formula for this? if yes what would be the best way. any suggestions will be helpful.

Thanks

Hi @sr49ers

I have a different approach for your problem.

See if one of the results fits your needs.

I would be using Filters and Summarize, Multi-row could be dangerous when the dataset is larger.

I don't understand the TOTAL logic though, in USA Total = Screened+Called, in EMEA Total= ????

@cmcclellan

I'm guessing he pulled out a sample of his data.

That would be the only logic reason.
