The reporting tools can help lay this out for a PDF. You'd have to do some transposes to separate the data out into their individual components, it's also not clear where the YTD payment numbers are.

Hi @SDJ57 I'd strongly suggest giving it a go on your own so you learn. If you get stuck with any of the reporting tools I'm more than happy to help, but unfortunately I don't have time to do your transformations for you. Someone else on the community might be able to assist.
Thanks. I hadn't seen this set of lessons for Reporting only the examples in Designer.
