My Date Range Interface Does not Work

Hello, I am a new user for Alteryx.  I try to build a workflow to utilize the date range selection interface function.  However, it does not work.

Could someone look at my workflow and let me know what went wrong?  Appreciate your help!

I can not really test your flow since it is connected to db.
But I noticed that you are missing an input for the Action Tool (77).
You check the option "Replace a specific String", but did not provide any string

You should do it in the fashion as you did for another Action Tool.
