I have a data like so:
Name1 | Age | Name2 | Name3 |
Jack, Jill | 20 | James, Lebron | Ian, Anthony |
The following multi field formula successfully rearranges the names in column Name2 and Name3 to Lebron James and Anthony Ian, but it does not work on column Name1.
I made sure to select the column, and it is not creating any new column either.

Make sure you do not have the Age column (Numeric) column selected. It worked for me.
Hi @shaheer,
Given the example and expression you posted, it worked for each of the columns on my end. Can you post your workflow?
Hello, are there instances in which there are no spaces after the comma? See spoiler.
The age column is not selected on my end. I have several columns that aren't selected either, other than the ones that I need.
Yes!!! This solved it, thank you so much. The names in column Name1 do not have a space after the comma whereas every other column does.
