Move the data in specific columns to top without any conditions

I am trying to get the above said output. No of rows may vary in input sheet. I used union tool to get the input data.

Hi

 

i opened it in notepad ++ but it is in funny characters , i cant see where i can change it to version 11.7.4

Which workflow is it you wanted re-versioning? I'll still have it on my machine (if it's one of mine) and am happy to send over again as an earlier version.
