I tried to implement a few solutions suggested here, but I'm not having much success. Admittedly, I'm new to this. 🙃
In the attached Excel file, I have an example of the Source File and the Output table I'm trying to create.
The output table would take the source file and parse revenue into months and sub-categories (Customer / Sub-customer).
I can't seem to find a solution that fits this use case specifically. Any guidance would be extremely appreciated.

Please see attached. I leveraged the Add Total Crew Macro in order to calculate the totals at the end. Please let me know your thoughts.
