I want to create a DB of expenses from the general ledger and need the data from year 2014 to 2018.  The way our erp system is build i have a table for older years one one table for the current year.  They are not build exactly the same way

In the older years i have a date so i can keep the year associated with it.  In the current year there's no date cuz its the year we are in.  How to put the same data with the correct year (see attach)

You can add a formula on to your second table to populate a date for you:
