Hi everyone

I want to get the following data:

Email address(unique identifier)Core skill setBA - Requirements ManagementBA - Scenario AnalysisHybrid - Requirements ManagementHybrid - Scenario Analysis
name1@xyz.comBA33
name2@xyz.comHybrid  21
name3@xyz.comBA13
name4@xyz.comHybrid  02

To look like this:

Email addressBA Skill NameBA Skill Score
name1@xyz.comRequirements Management3
name1@xyz.comScenario Analysis3
name2@xyz.comRequirements Management2
name2@xyz.comScenario Analysis1
name3@xyz.comRequirements Management1
name3@xyz.comScenario Analysis3
name4@xyz.comRequirements Management0
name4@xyz.comScenario Analysis2

I've tried using the following tools in sequence:

  • Transpose
  • Select - rename column headings
  • Formula - TRIM to remove "BA - " and "Hybrid - " but the function is removing the first letter of the value?? (image attached)

Can anyone help?

Many thanks

KA

Thanks, @grazitti_sapna

Made me realise that the formula tool is case sensitive and this is the reason my values were not changing!
