Merging 2-Dimensional Tables

Hello Everyone,

 

I have three tables that have two dimensions on them and I would like to merge them together. I am having trouble converting the row names to column headers. 

 

Here is my initial data:

Here is what I am trying to convert it to:

Essentially, I need to extract the Apple Name and Year from the yellow section of each 2D Table, and copy it down the rows that correspond to the data for that Apple Name and Year. Then I need to somehow transpose the rest, but am having issues doing so. 

 

I would really appreciate any help!

The tool to rename columns is Dynamic Rename - Developers Tab.
