Making Hierarchy Relationship (Network Analysis)

I'm having troubles making a hierarchy relationship. Is there any ways to set two same names in different groups for 'node' data in Network Analysis? (Ex. 'Bob' in group1 and group2) and set relationship as (from: Bob(group1) to: Rob and from: Bob(group2) to: Rob) ? These relationships are certainly different relationships, but the software recognizes them as duplicates. This problem could possibly be solved if I can put group information in edge data.

Please help if anyone have solutions.

Sorry for the late response. Could you maybe upload the dataset you would like to start out with, and the desired output? I think that would make it a bit easier to understand.

I can't show you the desired outputs, but what I want is the relationship between input and output of the data. Also, I want to see how well input and output match.

The relationship is from ( input ins, input entity and input attribute ) to  ( output ins, output entity and output attribute )
