Linear optimization setup

Hi,

I am trying to set up a Linear optimization solution in Alteryx using the optimization tool in Prescriptive, but I am not getting the desired results (no solution).

I do have the problem definition and solution in the attached excel, however I am not sure if I am setting it up right in Alteryx (attached workflow).

Any help is appreciated.

I have attached the sample data which I want to optimize base on Customer Segment.

Objective Maximum - Sum_CL2 USD 

Variable Cell - Sum_No of Box (Bases on Max Box) - The More the No of Boxes the No of TEU will increase

Constrains

Sum_No of Box >= Min Box 

Sum_No of Box <= Max Box

Per Port Sum_No of TEU <= Restriction Per Port TEU Allocation

Per Port Sum_Gross WT <= Restriction Per Port GWT Allocation

Per Port Sum of Plugs <= Restriction Per Port Plug Allocation

I have attached a Test Workflow with a sample data in Excel for your reference ...
