I've got a challenge with some of the statistics coming out of the Linear Regression app. The Interactive Report and the Static Report are generating different R^2 numbers, by a significant degree 0.154 and 0.7011 respectively.
Any ideas what might be driving the difference here?
I haven’t seen that happen before, could you possibly share your workflow here so I can take a look?
Otherwise could it be that one is reporting the multiple R squared and the other one the adjusted R squared? This is possible since the multiple will get better as you add in more variables (regardless if those variables are actually good), whereas the adjusted is high based on the quality of the variables. Do you have many variables in your model?
