K-Centroids Cluster Analysis Point Detailed Results

Hello!  I'm looking for a way to output a list of all of the points I'm analyzing and the the specific clusters they were assigned to.  As far as I can see, it's not an option in the K-Centroids Cluster Analysis tool.  I also did not see it in the macro or the R code in the macro.  Am I just missing it, or do I need to add some R code to output this ?  If so, does anyone have a snippet of code I can add ?   Thanks!
