Join via non-date range

Hi All,

I have two datasets - and I need to do a join based on a range. It is important to note that the ranges are in decimals.

My dataset looks like this:

It seems to me like you need a summarise rather than a join. I've created and attached a workflow for you that achieves the exact output when compared to what you supplied.
