Join names with spelling mistakes

I am trying to determine whether 2 users are the same person or not.. usually there is a letter missing or a couple of letters have different order.. i tried the fuzzy match, make group, find replace with no luck 😞

Attached is an example showing how to get that done with fuzzy match.

I'm leaving a threshold of 50% but you can tune for your problem.

@sguindi  In addition to what @fmvizcaino already posted, I would add a "Data Cleansing" tool to ensure the case of the text is the same, remove trailing and leading spaces, punctuation characters etc. Doing this would have made your first row match 100%.
