Issues with using SalesForce Input Tool: Unable to resolve Python Plugin?

Hi All,

 

This is the first time I'm trying to use the Salesforce Input tool in Alteryx Developer. I downloaded the tool and see it in my list of connectors fine, however when I open a current workflow that uses the tool, I'm receiving the below error:

 

unable to resolve plugin Python Salesforceinput_v4.0.0\main.py

Does anyone know how to fix this? I've tried running as admin already and re-installed the tool. The install occurs successfully, so I'm not sure what the error could be caused by.

What is your version of Alteryxc designer?

 

 

I installed version 4.0 when using version 2019.1. I upgraded to version 2019.2 and it works normally.

Version 4.1 which is specifically for version 2019.2 is now available.

You tried to install version 4.1 to see if it resolves the issue.

So I am experiencing a similar if not the same issue.  I am on Alteryx 2019.3 using the 4.1 SFDC Input tool.  Still get the following error:

Only comes up when I run in a schedule.

Hi @hydrogurl01 ,

are you opening a workflow which has been designed by someone else?

 

I had opened workflow designed on my laptop on another computer and noticed the same issue, so I had just removed the tool to add a now one and it had worked).

It is the same for you?
