Issue when I open an workflow with Tool Container

Hi team,

I'm facing an issue using Tool Container, it had started since the latest versions. For 2019 and the oldest versions I've hadn't this issue.

Please find below the issue.

I save and close the workflow with all Tool Container disable.

When I open again the workflow, almost all Tool containers show enable, it takes a mess.

Does anyone know what could be happening here?

I have this same issue. I'm curious if you submitted a ticket and what support recommended if you did.
