Inputs not pulling, all directories correct

7 - Meteor

I have a workflow that pulls in a file that's saved in a static location.  The location hasn't moved and the workflow has not been changed.  Starting yesterday, we began receiving this error.  Any other possible causes?

Has the server lost access as by your screenshot the workflow has been saved on the gallery and would also need access to the file location?

There may be many possible causes for it.


  1. Did somebody change the name for any of the files? Or have the input file names been edited on the workflow?
  2. Are you sure the files are still there?

This may be two stupid things but you would be surprised the amount of times something similar has happened.

Other reasons may be:


  1. User access may have been restricted. This can happen if the gallery has been added to a usergroup within your organization with a more restrictive policy.


I recommend you to first check from the server if you are able to access those files (copy pasting the path from the gallery notice)
