Input the second latest file from a folder

Hi All, I am trying to get Alteryx to read, not the latest file but the one before that, i.e. yesterday's or the one before that day's file. Based on my readings here in the Alteryx community, i have managed to get it to read the latest file as per the workflow attached, but i cannot get it to skip the latest file(today's file) and read the one before that(yesterday's file). If it helps, the folder it is reading from has files that has 2 different naming conventions, hence the filer tool. Any help would be appreciated.

Could you just first Sample the "First 2", then do another Sample of the "Last 1"?

Would it help to replace the Sample tool by a Select Records tool to choose exactly the second record?
