Hi, together with my colleagues we have several alteryx flows that we run on a weekly basis. We have the Infiles saved in sharepoint and the issue we have is that for efficiency we use the shared alteryx flows, but we always have to go in and change the sharepoint path since it begins with our users. Is there any way to get around this? It seems inefficient since the whole point of saving our files in sharepoint is so that we all have access to them.
Thank you in advance!
Hi @CJHM,
The simplest way is to use relative paths.
I have a similar issue with box folders in my company and to sort it we are using the relative paths.
I have taken a screenshot from this topic in order to explain how to use it:

There is also help on this topic:

Hi,
Thanks for your response. It seemed clear but when I tried it nothing changed. For example, an infile has this path: C:\Users\cejep\sales\S2
cejep is a user and it is a sharepoint folder. When I press All Relative should this be updated?
thank you in advance
Could you convert the inputs to ALL UNC and test:

Hope that helps,
Regards,
Hi @CJHM,
This is version all absolute:
This is all relative:
Please keep in mind that the relative reference is looking at your workflow starting point so make sure that you will save it in the final location(in a place where you and your colleague will have access to).
thank you! the problem was that the alteryx flow wasn't saved on sharepoint! so now it works! thank you!
