Image to Text and Conversion to Columns

I have used the Image Template and PDF Input to the Image to Text tool and pulled all of my data in. I cannot figure out how to now structure it - I'm getting the first lines on each Image to Text but do I need a RegEx or Text to Columns in order to pull the rest - I've attached the pdf and the beginning workflow where I would like to convert names and representation to columns.

Hi @bpayne73  BP

You can use either of the routes you've suggested (RegEx / Text To Columns). Depends what you're after, but example attached and as image which extracts the name and description(?) from each of the .pdf rows as a structured table
