I have below table

APR	EUR

I want below expected output. It would be the same value as Feb value based on their respective currency.

Month	Cur	Amnt
FEB	EUR	10
FEB	USD	20
FEB	INR	30
MAR	USD	20
MAR	INR	30

APR	EUR	30
