How can i rename a sheet in excel using alteryx tool ?

Well you would need to input your data into alteryx from the appropriate sheet using the 'Input Data' tool and then write your data with an output data tool specifying the desired sheetname but selecting the same filename as the input file (with the mode 'overwrite').

There are complexities with this though if your file has multiple sheets originally, is that the case?
