How to keep first non null row and fill the rest down with blanks?

I am trying to keep the first non null value and fill the rest down (2 rows) with blanks however I am finding it tricky with the multi row tool

E.g.:

New

LEAR & SMITH, 1/64 BARBER STREET, GUNNEDAH
1/64 BARBER STREET, GUNNEDAH, WASTE REMOVAL SERVICES
WASTE REMOVAL SERVICES, 1 3m Waste removal + tip fees - 01/04/2021 $88.18 $97.00

LEAR & SMITH, 1/64 BARBER STREET, GUNNEDAH
1/64 BARBER STREET, GUNNEDAH, WASTE REMOVAL SERVICES
WASTE REMOVAL SERVICES, 1 3m Waste removal + tip fees - 01/04/2021 $88.18 $97.00

LEAR & SMITH, 1/64 BARBER STREET, GUNNEDAH
1/64 BARBER STREET, GUNNEDAH, WASTE REMOVAL SERVICES
WASTE REMOVAL SERVICES, 1 3m Waste removal + tip fees - 01/04/2021 $88.18 $97.00

Expected output:

New

LEAR & SMITH, 1/64 BARBER STREET, GUNNEDAH

LEAR & SMITH, 1/64 BARBER STREET, GUNNEDAH

LEAR & SMITH, 1/64 BARBER STREET, GUNNEDAH

wow- that's a lot of blank space... is this what you want?

Yep, That works

I have a lot of PDFs that I am parsing. At times, I just need the first row and the rest are not required.

PDF Parsing; very messy business 😁

Good luck - PDF parsing can be messy... I'm hoping to explore the R pdf tools and see if I can get them to do work...

I am using the tool available in the gallery here

Its great as it allows me to parse all pdfs in a given folder.
