How to interpret Decision Tree - Pruning Plot

Hello Everybody,

This is my first time building a predictive modeling - Decision Tree.

I wanted to grow the tree to max complity and find the "sweet Spot" to prune the tree. I was expecting a U-Shaped plot and choose the CP where X-Error is < St. Dev

However, With actual: X-Error seems to be increasing and not clear where to prune the tree. Can some one help out here, please ?

Please also supply some sample data that they can use to test.
