How to create a workflow to create table names dynamically at the beginning of each year

Hello,

I was trying to automate a process I am running for every month. The monthly data append to a table called "Monthly Data". The report will run for the previous month's data each time. This table should only show current year's data. But I need to archive previous year's data before running next year. Here I had final run for 2020 data in January 2021. Now I need to archive this with table name "2020 Data" and delete all the rows from "Monthly Data".
