The following flow shows how you can add a suffix to every x rows. Using the Mod function on a Record ID we can determine if a row falls in every x rows and then apply the suffix you want to it.
Here's one way. You can change the Sample tool to be 1 of every 2 or 3, etc.

My problem is following :
I want to add "suffix1" at 2nd row and "suffix2" at 3rd row and so on.....
