How can I parse data entries trapped in single column?

My data is trapped in a single column. The actual data is copied below.

Two things.  I know I can parse using the hard return.  But, how do I reset for each entry?  Each new entry starts with a WYR32#### permit number (always 9 characters in length).

I've attached a workflow that shows a few tricks how to get this going. A Multi-Row Formula tool utilizing a RegEx_Match( function will identify the "WYR32####" pattern using "WYR32\d{4}", and start a new RecordID value when that occurs.

After that, the Tile and Cross Tab tools get the data "more horizontal". I imagine this is what you had in mind for this data. I hope this helps!

Yah.  I was just looking up an old example I had of a similar challenge.  I forgot all about the Multi-Row Tool's applicability in this scenario.  Many thanks.
