How To: Split Output Into Multiple Files with respect to unique ID / userID?

Case:

1 sales Agent has relation with many customers

for example:

Sales Agent A = 20 Customers

Sales Agent B = 35 customers

Sales Agent C = 30 customers

Now, I need 3 excel output for 3 Sales Agent A, B, and C with numbers of records to 20,35,and 30.

How is this possible ?

Hi @Firojtml you would use the Sales Agent field in the output tool to spilt your data into three files. I've written a blog about that you might want to read.I've also mocked up an approach based on your example.

Agree with Joseph - you can try the output tool or the reporting tool to split. Just checked his blog and it is a awesome source.
