Hi fellow Alteryx-addicted friends!
Just wanted to know if you had any relevant data source to recommend to download historical data on climate? (ie temperature, humidity) on a specific location?
There's a few websites out there but wanted to know your best off!
Thanks,
S

We have a sample that downloads and parses data from https://www.wunderground.com/

Hey Storegga_Effect,
https://developer.forecast.io/ - 1000 free calls every day
http://nomads.ncdc.noaa.gov/dods/ - is great for raw historical data - (check out http://stackoverflow.com/questions/3200984/where-can-i-find-historical-raw-weather-data for an example of how you can use the data).
Muchas gracias fellows for these insightful answers!
How do you work with the NCDC data if you don't know/have Python? I couldn't get Alteryx to read .dds or .das.
Hi, Did not have a chance to try it - but looks like ALT does not read these files as you pointed out. Did you find what you're looking for?
@TaraM - It seems that the sample workflow you referenced is no longer included. How can I get a copy of if?
Thanks!
Thanks a million.
