hi @AYESHASIDIKHA, after a quick search, I found a thread that might help:

Another user had the same error, saying it was essentially a AD (active directory) server timeout. If this thread doesn't address your issue, please post to the Designer discussions forum, and include information about what version of Alteryx you're using and how to replicate your error.
