Help on Data manipulation

Hello, I was wondering if anyone in the Alteryx community can help me a data manipulation problem i am facing.

I have attached a excel file with 2 tabs

1. Input - Raw data for each customer with its last 12 months (in columns) status trend. Data also contains the territory of each customer in which it lies

2. Output - This is something which i Want to show as an output in a power BI report. So an output from Alteryx with count of customer status on each month for each territory is what i need.

I wasn't sure whether the count or distinct count was desired, but I used the count.
