Help crosstab and transpose

Hello,

 

I have been trying without success to transform the input into the output that I attach, with crosstab and transpose operators without success if someone knows a way to solve it please let me know, I am frustrated 😞

Here is the solution for your case. Used select tool to remove unwanted columns.  Transpose and crosstab tools will help you to get desired results.
