Help! Alteryx for Good - classroom usage

Hi all,

I want to use altryx in my accounting course. The problem is some students use macs, which don’t play nice. I know there are workarounds that students can run, but that isn’t realistic in my case.

My university does give the students access to remote machines where software is preinstalled, however students are logged in to a different machine every time. How would that work for licensing purposes?

Does Alteryx have any solutions to help universities set this up on remote machines?

Thanks in advance for your help and guidance.

@Anweinbe you can get a Designer License for a Virtual Machine, or Windows slice on your Mac. Is your university able to pre-install Alteryx Designer on your Remote Windows Machines?

Drop an email to fulfillment@alteryx.com and they should be able to help you.
