There might not be an easy way to do this, but here it goes...I have a table with a county name, county polygon, and a specific asset count in that particular county. I want to create a new polygon that merges adjacent counties only, but don't want the total count of assets to exceed 50. So once the next adjacent county becomes more than 50, then it will create another group/merged polygon. In the example table below if all 3 counties were adjacent, then you could make a new polygon based on Counties 1 & 2 with 3 remaining its own polygon. Not sure if this can be accomplished, but we shall see. :)
This is absolutely possible in Alteryx, but there's a number of ways to go about this. I think the Sales Territory optimization that Ben made a while back provides a number of good ideas about how to approach this.
