Group Columns

Hello Community.

Its probably simpler than I am thinking, but I have about 26 fields (columns) that I would like to group. The results in each of these fields can only be a choice of three results, Approved, Awaiting Approval, No Applicable.

I will then map these out based on another field which has a variety of products and will determine if it is applicable across those products.

My end result would be:

Approved = X

Awaiting Approval = W

Not Applicable = N/A

Simple, right?

Hi @ZoeM

Thanks for the attached file, but I'm not clear what you'd like the output to look like. Could you provide an example output and I'm sure we can get you there.

Hi @ZoeM attached is a workflow that I think answers your question.

Hi @ZoeM

Since you've got lots of columns, you've got 2 main options here.

The top option transposes the data, uses a single formula tool to update the resulting Value field and the Crosstab rebuilds your original table

The bottom uses a Multi-Field too to update all the columns in place

Both options give the same results
