Group By Main Contract

Hi, 

My table contains Contract Ids, Contract Date and Account ID. 

I want to know if an account has more than one contract

if this is the case, the latest one should be flagged as 'Main Contract', 

If the account has only one Contract, then this contract should be flagged as Main.

I presume the GroupBy tool should help me but I have no clue how to proceed. 

could anyone help me?
